City Manager for Weed, CA: located in far northern California with approximately 3,000 residents. The city has 29 FTEs and 9 PTEs with a total annual budget of $13M (FYE22). Chief Administrator for the operations and budget for: Fire, Police, Public Works, Planning & Engineering, Finance/Administrative Services. Actively involved in municipal relationships with the College of the Siskiyous, Weed Public Schools, the Weed Chamber of Commerce and major employers (Roseburg Forest Products and Crystal Geyser Water). Heavily involved in numerous infrastructure projects (water, sewer, streets).

Heavily involved in municipal relationships with the Choctaw Nation, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Durant Public Schools, the Durant Industrial Authority and several non-profit groups in Durant.

Actively involved in the purchasing and bid process in several major projects (WWTP, Airport, street overlay, etc).

Worked closely and monitored the operations and budget for 7 major departments that represented over 80% of city’s workforce with approximately $69M in expenditures. Actively involved in the purchasing and bid process in several major projects. Assist the City Manager in organizational issues, economic development (commercial and industrial) and monitoring the city’s cooperative agreements involving public and private partnerships.
